Background
After training as a ski instructor following school, I had the privilege of teaching in the breathtaking landscapes of Switzerland and Italy. Alongside my passion for skiing, I embraced running, which led me to discover yoga as a means to enhance my flexibility and strengthen my muscles. After starting a family, I retrained as a yoga instructor, immersing myself in diverse methodologies under the guidance of various teachers. This journey enriched my skill set, allowing me to blend techniques such as mindfulness, dynamic power yoga, and strengthening Pilates into my classes. Moreover, my personal experiences with injuries and illness have deepened my body awareness, enabling me to empathize with others and provide tailored support in their wellness journeys. Through this comprehensive approach, I aim to inspire and empower my students, fostering both physical strength and mental clarity.
